Return & Refund Policy – Pixel
First: Return Period
Our return policy is valid for 3 calendar days from the date of purchase.
If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a return and refund within this period.
Unfortunately, if 3 days or more have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
Second: Return & Refund Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and unopened
- The product must be in its original packaging
- The product must be in its original condition with no damage
- The product must not show any signs of use or installation
- Consumable or perishable items are not eligible for return
- The product must match the original description and specifications
For Visa and card payments, refunds will be processed using the same payment method, and the amount will be returned to the original account used for the purchase.
All returned items are subject to inspection to ensure compliance with the above conditions. If the product does not meet these requirements, Pixel reserves the right to refuse the return or refund.
Third: Order Cancellation Policy
Customers have the right to cancel their order within 15 minutes of placing it by contacting the relevant branch via phone to confirm the cancellation.
Fourth: Shipped Products & Returns
Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 5 business days, and delivery times may vary during peak periods or seasonal demand.
To return a product, please visit the branch associated with your purchase. Our staff will assist you with the return or exchange process.
Please ensure that all returned items are properly packaged to prevent damage during transportation. If the product is returned damaged or used beyond what is necessary for reasonable inspection, Pixel reserves the right to reject the return request.
